You have waited all season for this one, folks, and its finally here! The Jet City Rollergirls of Snohomish County are pleased to bring you the Championship Bout of our second season!
Who will be named the 2009 Season Champions? Will it be the Hula Honeys? Don't be fooled by their sweet exteriors, folks, these tiki terrorizers in turquoise have their eyes on the prize and will stop at nothing to claim the championship title.
But, will the voodoo that they do be enough to stop the American muscle-car loving ladies of the Camaro Harem? These fierce and fiery flat-trackers are in it to win it and can practically taste that championship prize after being knocked out of the winner's circle by last year's champs, the Pink Pistols.
And that's not all...the grudge match will pit evil versus evil as the naughty Catholic School drop-outs of the Pink Pistols will duke it out with the circus side show freaks of CarnEvil! Come and cheer for your favorite team and see which team is the most evil of them all...
Women's flat-track roller derby is real and unscripted, the action is fast and furious, with big hits and whips, crashes and bashes!
Don't miss one second of the action on Saturday, July 11th at the Seaview Gymnasium at Edmonds Community College. The doors open at 5:00 and bouting action starts at 5:30.
Please remember that roller derby is a dangerous sport to play and to watch! Only fans 18 and older will be allowed to sit trackside, due to the chance of getting a flying rollergirl in your lap!
