Falcon Fest 2009
Mayor Chuck Reed, Councilmember Sam Liccardo, and former Mayor Susan Hammer invite you to join them at The 88, the highrise condominiums with bird's eye views of Clara & Esteban Colbert's City Hall nest, to celebrate a successful 2009 falcon season in Downtown San Jose.
We'll honor the work of the UC Santa Cruz Predatory Bird Research Group in recovering the peregrine falcon from near extinction and their partnership in working with San Jose City Hall falcons. Your tax-deductible contribution will support falcon conservation education efforts.
You'll have a chance to see a tame falcon up close and see the falcons' home and Downtown sites from one of The 88's penthouses.
