Southerntiersmen Chorus Annual Show- Moments To Remember
Our first show was held in 1946 in the George F. Johnson Pavilion. That same year, Elvis Presley received his first guitar at his eleventh birthday party (he wanted a rifle but his parents could only afford a guitar). Other milestones of 1946 include the birth of our 43rd president George W. Bush, the population of the United States reached 141 million (according to the U.S. Census Bureau, the current population is more than double that of 1946- 312,146,788)
The intervening sixty-nine years have brought many changes but one constant has been a love for that uniquely American musical artform called "barbershop harmony". We are proud to be collaborators in the preservation of this musical legacy. We sincerely hope that you come to the show and we appreciate your support of our music.
Ticket is valid for either show (1:30 PM or 7:00 PM)
