Poloniada 5k Run/Walk and Kids Dash with Obstacles
Please join us for 5k walk/run through the Schiller Wood in Forest Preserve of Cook County during prime summer colors. Registration and start line are located at Grove 2. The race will be a mix of roads and cross country trails, giving runners an opportunity to enjoy Schiller Woods' greenery and tranquility. After the race, younger crowd will have an opportunity to take part in an obstacle course.
At Poloniada Kids Dash with obstacles, our mission is to inspire children to develop a love for fitness at an early age. Our obstacle course race is for kids 5 through 13. For Kids 5-7 the course will be about 1000 feet, while for older age groups the course will be three times as long with obstacle styles and amounts tailored just for them.
So remember, Poloniada is a day event with 5k walk/run for adults of all fitness levels, Kids Dash with Obstacles for younger crowd, outside Hyper Bootcamp trining session, music and lots of fun for everyone.
The event is a must for all outdoor enthusiasts.
