| Description |
Running is an incredibly healthy, easy, and accessible form of exercise. Whether its five minutes, 15 minutes, or 45 minutes, every little bit of time spent running makes a difference in the goal to live healthy, happy, and heart strong.
Join us for National Running Day on Wednesday, June 3, as we come together as a nation to take strides toward leading healthier, fitter lives.
The Young Professionals of New York Road Runners Foundation will be hosting a fun run and happy hour on Wednesday, June 3rd. We will meet at the Diana Ross Playground, just off of 81st and Central Park West, and run suggested routes of 2 and 4 miles. After, join us at Jake's Dilemma at 81st and Amsterdam for drink specials and appetizers.
Guaranteed to be a fun way to enjoy the park on a beautiful spring evening while getting moving and supporting a good cause!NOTE: No one under 21 years old will be admitted. |
