Cinco de Mayo, HBFC style

Join us on Monday 5/5 for our second event in the Monday Night Dinner Series at HBFC!

Choose between two seatings (6pm and 8:30pm), get a huge plate of Mexican-ish foods, one 5 Rabbit beer and one La Finca Margariata (named in honor of the restaurant that operated in our location pre-HBFC.) All for the economy price of $45. Should you choose to make it that kind of evening, our bar will be open for additional beverage purchases.

- Chips & Salsa Verde
- Pork Belly Chicharron Sope, Bacon Refried Beans, Roasted Salsa Roja, Queso Fresco, Pickled Ramps and Cilantro
- Green Chile Lamb Tamale, Prairie Fruit Farms Goat Feta and Mint Tzatziki Sauce
- Smoked Chicken Posole, Shredded Cabbage, Spring Radish, Candied Jalapeno, Hominy, Lots of Lime
- Rhubarb Horchata Popsicle with Feuilletine Crunchies
