The Sweet Chariot Music and Arts Festival is a nationwide gaggle of musicians/songwriters/artists, who have gathered every summer for 20 years on Swans Island, Maine, to perform a series of sold-out concerts. They've lately been doing these shows in other parts of the country, and now, for the fifth year running, in Boston! Join us for another rollicking cavalcade of whoop-dee-doo, the amazing Sweet Chariot South!
Note: Concert event: mostly acoustic folk, but lots of variety. Kids welcome ($5 each, family maximum: $30).
Potluck before in the Parish Hall: if you care to bring a potluck dish, schmooze with the cast, arrive at 5 PM.
