Sound Temple :: Sacred Music Meditation with Christine Tulis
The Sound Temple immerses the listener in a sacred, devotional space created with Celtic harp, voice, drums, keyboard and other instruments, infused with the ecstatic poetry of Rumi, 13th century mystic. The Sound Temple is a pioneering new format for experiencing music and sacred verse as a healing art, developed by award-winning harpist Christine Tulis.
A unique blend of improvised and composed music, Sound Temples are a haven for the spirit. Your imagination will be carried aloft by the exquisite spiritual imagery of Rumi's verse and Christine's original songs. Sound Temples are intended to bring forth a deepened awareness of our sacred nature, and to strengthen that awareness, so that it may positively impact our daily lives.
Christine will be joined by Kem Stralka on percussion and keyboard. Christine Tulis has shared her heart-centered music internationally including at Chartres Cathedral, France, the United Nations, NY and numerous yoga studios, churches and healing centers around the U.S. Limited seating. Reservations required.
