Salt Lake City AcroYoga Lunar Immersion

The Lunar Intensive focuses on the healing, relaxing and rejuvenating practices of Thai massage and therapeutic flying. The Lunar Asana Sequence teaches basic body mechanics and with a focus on self-love cultivation, in preparation for the dance of Thai massage. The techniques learned on the floor are then translated to the flying work, using the element of gravity to amplify the healing flow of prana (life force). Everyone will have the opportunity to refine and finesse their skills basing and flying, heal and be healed.

This training offers invaluable tools for yoga teachers, massage therapists, and energy workers who wish to develop a new dimension of healing touch for students or clients. CEU credit available upon request.

Skills Covered:

* Lunar Asana (a unique sequence that prepares the mind, body & spirit to give and receive massage)
*Thai massage in Supine, Prone, Side Lying, & Seated positions (combined a 2.5 hour Thai Yoga Massage sequence)
*Forward, Backward & High Flying Whale Therapeutic Flying Sequences (poses are broken down and woven together for vinyasa style flying practice and aerial massage exploration).

Full Five day course fulfills a AcroYoga prerequisite for Teacher Training Applications.

CHRIS LOEBSACK, RYT-500, has been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2003. She creates a space for students that cultivates trust, playfulness and Divine connection with themselves and with community. Owner of Boundless Yoga in Stroudsburg, PA she runs teacher trainings in the tri-state area.

DEVEN SISLER, E-RYT- 200, is a certifed Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, AcroYoga and CircusYoga Teacher, known for her joyful, playful approach to partnership and collaboration, and her articulate teaching. She has trained in Thai Yoga Massage at the New England School for Thai Yoga and in Thailand. An outdoor enthusiast she weaves her experience and on and off the mat into creative, relaxing and inspiring classes internationally. She offers a holistic approach to exploring biomechanics and the subtle body through movement.

Cancellation Policy: 1 month prior full refund. Cancellations within 1 month to one week before= 50% tuition back. Week before or during event, no refund, no exceptions.
