"The Amish Project" Presented by The Off-Book Players
October 2nd 2006 in the township of Bart in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania a man entered an Amish schoolhouse and opened fire, killing five young girls and killing himself. Afterwards everyone is looking for solace and, above all, reasons why. "The Amish Project" is a beautifully tragic one-woman show about the path of forgiveness and compassion forged in tragedy's wake.
