Traditional Russian Family-style Feast at HandleBar

Please join us for a unique and insightful tour through Russian cuisine during this one-time, intimate, family-style feast! Five full courses, composed of tasting sized portions of 20 individual authentic recipes will be presented.

Guests will be greeted with Russian hospitality and Zakuska (pickled appetizers paired with vodka and toasting.)With owner and Russian native Tatyana Telnikova as a guide, soup and salad course will follow, featuring "Mama's" soup recipes.

The highlight of the meal will be a 3 dish entree course, crowned by goose roasted by spit overnight. A honey and horseradish infused vodka will close the savory portion of the meal.

Dessert will feature Charlotka--an apple pastry pie.

Cocktails, wines, and beers will be available with specific pairings suggested.

This is a meal for those that love bread, meat, and new foods. Menu to be served as set. Unfortunately, alternate menu options will not be possible.
