Apply what you've learned in Level 1 to begin mastering the fundamentals of long-form improv: scene work. Students will demystify what makes a scene comedic: creating and playing comedic premises and games, creating characters with distinct points of view, and playing them out in scenes. Students will learn how to initiate scenes strongly, identify the "thing" that makes the scene funny, play characters with strong points of view, and create and identify strong base realities. |
