For general admission, concert doors open at 7:15 at Seneca Street and 8th Avenue. Concert begins at 8PM. During the show a brief Point Hope video will be presented along with an opportunity to make a donation.

The Concert to Benefit Point Hope will raise funds for Delilah's Point Hope Foundation (pointhope.org), a charity endeavoring to be the voice of forgotten children around the world. The event's musical theme will highlight Point Hope's four-year effort of compassionate relief and development in the refugee camp of Buduburam in Ghana, West Africa, where thousands of displaced orphans from neighboring Liberia struggle to survive amidst the squalor of poverty, disease and malnutrition.

Donations raised from the concert will help underwrite programs for thousands of orphans to receive nourishing food and clean drinking water, life-changing surgeries, general medical and dental care, primary education and occupational training.

"It's a privilege to lend my support to Delilah's work with children," Ondrasik said of the upcoming concert. "She practices what she preaches on the radio, which inspires how many million listeners every night? I believe in what shes doing; what she stands for. What better way to join with her than through the celebration of music."

As the chart-topping singer-songwriter behind Five For Fighting, John Ondrasik is no stranger to star-studded charity events. John joined superstar musicians for the now legendary post 9/11 fundraiser The Concert For New York, which paid tribute to all the firefighters, police officers and paramedics affected by the events of September 11th. He later recorded the Platinum-certified album, The Battle For Everything, which yielded the retrospective hit, 100 Years, a song that has become a part of classic American songbook. With the 2006 release of Two Lights, featuring World," the hit song The Riddle," and "Freedom Never Cries," John continues to craft songs with material drawn from his personal experience in regards to love, war, culture, family, humanity and mortality. In the fall of 2007, Ondrasik released the critically acclaimed Five For Fighting CD titled "Live", and the DVD, "Back Country Live." He is currently working on the next Five For Fighting album, due out this summer.

Joining John and Delilah for this extraordinary event, India.Arie has often stood with her peers in the top echelon of entertainment as an activist for global health and human dignity. As a U.S. Ambassador for UNICEF, she traveled to Africa several times to address the AIDS crisis, and filmed the VH1 documentary Tracking the Monster: Ashley Judd & India.Arie Confront Aids in Africa. I Am Not My Hair was central to Lifetime Television's recent Stop Breast Cancer for Life public awareness campaign; Beautiful Flower was used for fundraising for the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa; She Is was created for the documentary on Ellen Johnson Sirleaf entitled Iron Ladies of Liberia; and What About the Child has been used in conjunction with various UNICEF events.

India first made waves in 2001 with her debut release on Motown Records, Acoustic Soul. The album produced several blockbuster singles including "Video" and "Brown Skin." India also garnered several Grammy nominations from the album. More importantly, she has become the new face of the neo-soul genre, garnering comparisons to artists like Jill Scott and Macy Gray for her conscious lyrics and vibrant, organic sound.

"My mission statement and purpose in life is to spread love, healing, and peace through the power of words and music.  That is my prayer", said Arie of the concert. "As I researched Delilah's project, I am so honored to be a part of something that will touch the lives of others.  Thank you for inviting me to be a part of this special evening."
