2006 CounterCorp Anti-Corporate Film Festival passes
Victoria Theater San Francisco, CA
The 2006 CounterCorp Film Festival is a three-day series of U.S. and foreign-made, feature-length and short, documentary and "narrative" (fictional) films, including animation, that examine the true nature of large corporations, the role they play in our society and communities, and the effects they have on people and cultures around the world -- and the planet itself.
The goal of the festival is to generate public and media attention, stimulate critical thinking and analysis, and encourage reasoned discussion and debate about how large corporations actually operate, the effects they have on people and cultures around the world -- and the planet itself -- and what they really contribute to, and subtract from, society's "bottom line."
For more information about the festival program -- including films, speakers, and parties -- please visit the CounterCorp website at www.countercorp.org.
Note: CounterCorp reserves seats for passholders up until 15 minutes before each show. After that, all unoccupied seats become available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must have your pass (and a photo ID, if requested) with you in order to use your pass to gain entry to any festival events.
