Nestled in the City of New Brunswick, is an urban subculture that is buzzing with energy. Many years ago when the group was formed it brought forth a new sound for reggae lovers.
Today it moves with the times and mixes the cultures but does not change the professional sound that everyone is used to.
Ras Rootz expanded its member base to include Athenia Henderson in the summer of 2008 . Athenia brought new life into the energetic band.
