| Description |
| Queen Harish is the alter ego created by Rajasthani Indian dancer Harish Kumar. As a man performing as an Indian woman, he can to do everything an Indian woman cannot do in her dance, such as looking the public directly in the eye. He made his first major public performance at the age of twelve as Lord Krishna. When Queen Harish performs he creates a whirling stir of emotion and audience participation. He has toured as a guest dancer with Musafir and Maharaja and was featured in the award-winning documentary, Gypsy Caravan. |
