Fronteras 2009 Performers Registration
Register & pay your registration fee for Fronteras 2009. By registering and paying the registration fee via Brown Paper Tickets, you agree to all terms outlined in this system.
PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT -- I have read and agree to adhere to the information about Fronteras
2009 published at http://www.jaleole.com/fronterasperformers/. I will
attend dress rehearsal (on May 1) and arrive on time for the
performance on May 2, 2009. By registering for Fronteras 2009 and submitting payment for my registration fee for the show, I agree to the terms of this performance agreement.
PHOTO & VIDEO WAIVER -- I understand that Fronteras 2009 will be video taped and photographed and that the videos and photographs will be sold to performers and their friends and families for personal use only. In addition, the videographer, photographer and jaleole, llc, may reproduce and display
said products for promotional purposes worldwide through known media and any that may be invented in the future. I give permission for my image or that of my child to be used for said purposes. By registering for Fronteras 2009 and submitting payment for my registration fee for the show, I agree to the terms of this photo and video waiver.
LIABILITY WAIVER -- I understand that there is no guarantee against injury during Fronteras 2008 at St. Pius X
Catholic High School, located at 2674 Johnson Rd, NE. Atlanta, GA
30345. I understand that I am solely responsible for any injuries or
incidents that may occur during the show or dress rehearsal, or at any
time while I am at the performance location or premises. I will not hold
jaleole, llc or St. Pius X Catholic High School responsible for any injuries
that I or my child may incur during the show or rehearsal or while I or
my child is on the premesis. By registering for Fronteras 2009 and submitting payment for my registration fee for the show, I agree to the terms of this liability waiver.
