IN THE ELECTRIC MIST Premiere/Benefit
U.S. Premiere of the film IN THE ELECTRIC MIST starring Tommy Lee Jones, John Goodman, Peter Sarsgaard and Mary Steenburgen is being held in New Iberia, LA, where much of the movie was shot. The film is based on James Lee Burke's best-selling novel with Tommy Lee Jones in the role of Burke's troubled detective, Dave Robicheaux. Also included in the price of this ticket is a reception with the filmmakers to be held at The Gouguenheim, 101 W Main Street, New Iberia, immediately after the film. The screening and reception are for the benefit of Southern Mutual Help Association and their ongoing rural recovery efforts in the wake of Hurricane Rita. They are indeed "Rebuilding Louisiana Better Than Before."
