Social Purpose Corporation vs. Nonprofit Corporation
The Social Purpose Corporation is a relatively new type of Washington corporation. It raises questions about the differences between a regular for-profit corporation, a social purpose corporation and a nonprofit corporation. This training will explain the legal differences between these three entities and the strategic reasons why an organization would choose one of these forms over the others.
