Jeez Loueez, "The Powerhouse of the Midwest", is proud to announce the 3rd annual production of Jeezy's Juke Joint: A Black Burly-Q Revue! After a brief break and relocating from Chicago to St. Louis, this jumping, jiving, foot-stomping revue is back for one night only! Paying homage to African-American stars in burlesque, the fabulous line-up of award-winning entertainment ranges from classic striptease to spoken word to drag. A funktastic soundtrack will be provided by St. Louis favorites Big Brother Thunder and the MasterBlasters!
With deep rooted ties in blues, jazz, and ragtime music, and home to such influential artists like Josephine Baker, Scott Joplin, and Tina Turner, St. Louis has a rich and thriving African-American history. Jeezy's Juke Joint brings even more fabulous diversity and fierce new flavor to the already vibrant burlesque scene in St. Louis!
