The Memory of Water
Operating Theater's first production is Shelagh Stephenson's The Memory of Water.
Three sisters--Teresa, Mary and Catherine--come together on the eve of their mother's funeral. As the conflicts of the past converge in the present, the dysfunctional patterns and strains of the family's relationships break to the surface in shocking, and sometimes hilarious ways.
The cast includes Seattle actors Ellen Boyle, Kate Myre and Lisa Norman as the sisters, Rhonda Soikowski as their mother, and Timothy McCuen Piggee and Kerry Skalsky as the men in their lives.
