On Saturday, July 29, visit the Shushan Shepard, Karen Weinberg, on her Three Corner Field Farm and enjoy light lunch, a farm tour, and a hands-on cheese making demonstration. In the evening, sit down to an open air "Tuscan" al fresco banquet featuring the best local farm products.

On Sunday, July 30, join food writer, Annette Neilsen, on a tour of two sustainable farms. You may also join in an optional, special lunch of locally produced food at the Beekman Street Bistro in Saratoga Springs (tickets sold separately - see Brown Paper Tickets event, "Saratoga Sunday Lunch.")

Note: Cost: Ticket costs include farm tours, Saturday lunch, and Saturday dinner (exclusive of beverages). Transportation: You may take an Amtrak train from NYC to Albany or near-by Saratoga. You may drive from NYC (4 hrs.), Albany (1hr. 15 mins.), or Saratoga (50 mins.). Saturday event start times and Sunday event end times permit Amtrack train transportation between NYC and Saratoga.
