Grand Ole Country
Our first event of 2009 will be at the Rice Theatre in Crowley, La. Show starts at 7:00 PM and doors open at 6:00PM. The show will feature a new band called Southern Harvest. Southern Harvest is a new bluegrass band from north and central Louisiana that features Jamie Allwell on lead vocal. You will remember Jamie from the band Brushy Branch who was a great addition to our shows over the last few years.
Also, Jeff Dugan with Highway 329 will perform for us singing classic country as he does so well. You might remember Jeff from last year as a guest at our last show in 2008 at the Rice Theater. He is sure to delight all with his unique vocal talents. And, with the superb musical talents of Highway 329, this will make for great show.
And back by popular demand, Louisiana Purchase Bluegrass Band, our host band, will perform traditional and contemporary Bluegrass music for your pleasure
