Synchronize Concert Series

During the Sundance Film Festival, the Seattle based nonprofit organization Oasis Entertainment will be putting on the Synchronize Concert Series for the second year in a row. Oasis aims to utilize the power of music and the influence of the musician to create a concert series that brings together those in the music and film community who are interested in using their skills and passions in benefiting global communities in need.

The Synchronize Concert Series is a 3 day extravaganza during the Sundance Film Festival, taking place from January 22-January 24, 2009 and hosting over a dozen bands and entertainers at the Star Bar, the film festival's official music venue.

The series is put on by Oasis Entertainment, a non-profit entertainment company that connects philanthropists, artists, and audiences to produce entertainment that raises awareness and resources for effective nonprofit organizations and the communities they serve.

Proceeds from all monies raised at the event will go to their beneficiary organization, Pueblo a Pueblo, to aid in the rebuilding of a community hospital in Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala that was devastated by mudslides, killing hundreds of people and leaving thousands homeless.
