Curious Palate Suppers explore one specific wine region, its culture and traditions in a dinner featuring the educational and social engagement that has become so popular in the Tasting Classes. Suppers begin at 6:30pm. Scheduling pattern...the 2nd Saturdays of select months!
First, SIP... We'll gather and chatter with a favorite regional drink; perhaps a sparkling wine, beer (great for palate cleansing...it's true!) or a cocktail.
Next, SAVOR... We'll be seated family-style for a multiple course meal of regionally-inspired dishes researched, created and prepared by a local caterer. Each course will be paired with great wines to create that special symmetry that only comes from great food and wine pairing. If you find something you want to add to your cellar, Sovereignty Wines will be on hand to lend their expertise and a hand.
Finally, SAMPLE... We'll explore the sensationally diverse world of coffee by Ümpire Estates. Coffee will be sourced for each supper, roasted locally at Colorado Coffee Merchants, and paired with a dessert for a dessert experience all unto itself.
Sprinkled through out the courses, industry experts will share their knowledge about regional social culture, winemaking and purchasing tips for a lively engagement. Space is limited and reservations are required.
