The Fife is Right!: The 9th Annual Old South History Challenge
Think you know Boston?
Find out! Be part of "The Fife Is Right"*, the unique live-action quiz show where you will learn while laughing at one of the nation's most important historic sites, the magnificent Old South Meeting House. Challenge your own knowledge of Boston against two teams of local experts and Quizmaster Susan Wilson in this wildly popular event.
This year's theme: Musical Boston!
Join us for a pitch-perfect evening of harmonious history building to a crescendo of laughs! Explore all things musical in our melodious city's past - from Beantown-bred singers to songs about the Hub, from William Billings to Jonathan Richman and beyond, this year's competition will have feet tapping and brains stumped!
Our teams cannot win "a cappella" - they need you to accompany them! The audience is part of the action, offering life-lines, voting on answers and more.
This game show goes far beyond any trivia game, providing all the background and information with our answers so that you leave an expert!
*Why is it called The Fife is Right? Because you'll hear a cheery tune on the fife for every correct answer of course! (How else could Boston's famous 1729 colonial gathering place signal success?!)
Now in it's ninth year, tickets for this event sell quickly so act now to be part of the action.
