This Summit will be an opportunity for Oregon's 500+ school garden educators to share, learn, network, and gain practical knowledge to support and grow their efforts.
Workshops will include:
* Curriculum Resources for the School Garden
* Moving Food from Garden to Cafeteria
* Engaging Other Adults in the School Garden
* Growing Throughout the Year
* Fundraising and Story-Telling
* Developing Integrated Site-Based Programs
* Engaging all Learners in the School Garden
Additional small group discussions will cover more topics, including: Composting, Working with Administrators, Selling produce, Pest Management, Greenhouses, and School Wellness.
This event is meant for:
* School Garden Educators, including teachers, administrators, after-school program coordinators, and volunteers, and
* Organizations supporting school garden education programs such as for-profit, non-profit, government agencies, and school districts
General advance registration is $45 for the day, including lunch and a packet of valuable resource materials.

The Summit is a project of the Oregon Farm to School and School Garden Network with lead coordination by Upstream Public Health.
