"Who Will Speak?" A celebration of poetry and readers
"in the marketplace, the butcher lifts
our tongue from a bed of ice, shouts: Who will speak for this flesh"
--Roger Reeves, from "Cymothoa exigua"

On December 18th, join Copper Canyon Press and Richard Hugo House for a celebration of poetry and the people who read it. Meet authors Roger Reeves and Natalie Diaz, who will read from their debut books, and watch special guests interpret great works by other Copper Canyon poets. Do your holiday shopping at our book sale. Allow us to introduce you to our newest (and tried and truest) titles.

The first 100 RSVPs will receive a complimentary book of poetry at the door.

7-8PM    Book sale, cash bar, and dessert mixer
8-9PM    Reading
9-10PM  Raise a glass to another good year in poetry!
