Nonprofit Board Membership 101
This training will examine all the legal fiduciary duties of board members, liability of board members, and the role of board members and employees/volunteers. Specifically, this training will cover the Washington State law on nonprofit board membership. Speakers: Judy Andrews, Nonprofit Attorney, Apex Law Group and Barbara Fane and LaTraya Ellis, The Nonprofit Assistance Center.
5:30 - 6:00 pm Dinner; 6:00- 8:30 Presentation
This training is for S. King County Residents and Organizations serving S. King County only, and is part of Wayfind's South King County Series. This training is supported by United Way of King County and The Seattle Foundation.
