Immerse yourself in this intensive course in the basic of Thai cooking. Pranee designs the menus and lessons to help you establish and deepen your Thai culinary insights for a lifelong investment in Thai cooking with a know-how from ingredients, to cooking method and cultural wisdom. There will be sit-down lunch at the end of the classes.
Menu: Miang Kam (Toasted nut, coconut and fresh ginger tidbit wrapped with wild pepper leave), Tom Kha Gai (Chicken Galangal Soup with Lemongrass and Kaffir Lime), Phad Thai (Stir-fried Phad Thai noodles with Prawns), Gaeng Massaman (Mussaman curry with beef, potato and onion), Gai Phad Med Mamuang (Stir-fried chicken, onion, pepper and cashews), Kao Horm (Steamed jasmine rice), and Saku Maprow (Tapioca pearl pudding with fresh coconut).
