Societe Beer Dinner
On Tuesday, November 5, come join Urge for a unique, one-of-a-kind beer pairing dinner. We have pulled out the stops, rallied the troops, played all our cards, and generally done our very darnedest to make this San Diego Beer Week event one that you won't want to miss and one you won't regret attending. Hosted on our heated patio, Urge will serve you four courses of our finest cuisine presented by Executive Chef Marc Liautard that are sure to both tease and tantalize. Don't miss this one because it won't be back again. But just to make sure you know what you are sure to sign up for, here are the four courses that will be featured:
Course 1: Societe The Pupil paired with two fantastic cheeses from Brothers Provisions, a Cranberry Chipotle Cheddar and St. Angel Triple Creme Brie.
Course 2: Societe The Debutante paired with Fresh Bacon-Wrapped Sea Scallops with a Beer Gastrique.
Course 3: Societe The Widow paired with Crispy Duck Leg Confit with an Orange Glaze served with Tri-Color Couscous, and Roasted Baby Beets and Baby Carrots.
Course 4: Societe The Butcher served with Passion Fruit Mousse with Fresh Berries.
