Beer Night at the Museum
Join us and our friends at Modern Times, Ballast Point, Mike Hess Brewing, and Saint Archer for a night of Craft Beer and Food Pairing, Education and Interaction.  This is free flow stations beer dinner; it is a chance to have great food and beer, talk to the chefs and brewers, and learn about the history of the brewing industry in San Diego.    

Station One - Modern Times

Kale and Burrata Salad, Beet Paste, Ruby Grapefruit, Crumbled Croutons.  Paired with Southernland 100% Brett IPA with Grapefruit

Little Neck Clams, Vadouvan, Roasted Turnips, Chinese Lap Cheong Sausage & Butter Fried Croutons.  Paired with Lomaland Saison


Station Two - Mike Hess Brewing

Maine Sea Scallop, Blistered Kale, Sea Urchin Beurre Fondue.  Paired with Grazias Vienna Cream Ale

Gamja Stoner Fries, Poutine-Like Korean Potatoes, Aleppo Pepper Short Ribs, 7771 Sauce, Kewpie, Caramelized Kimchi Relish. Paired with Amplus Acerba San Diego Pale Ale


Station Three - Saint Archer

Miso Sorbet on Candied Apples, Garnished with Micro Celery and Pistachio Dust.  Paired with St Archer IPA

Five Flavors Sea Bass, Date Puree, Tiny Arugula & Sel De Guérande.  Paired with St Archer Stout


Station Four - Ballast Point

Hamachi, Spicy Hamachi, Yuzu Kosho Crack Sauce, Crispy Leeks.  Paired with Thai Chili Wahoo Wheat

Izakaya Curry Polentine, Duck Fat Fried Polenta Fries, Japanese Curry, Eggplant Pickles & Neuske's Bacon.  Paired with Sea Monster Imperial Stout
