Discover Metro Denver's Newest Haunt Destination, Colorado Fear Fest. At Arvada's only Halloween festival, located in the heart of Olde Town Arvada, the Colorado-themed, dual-haunt destination provides psychological thrills and scares tied to historical narratives, along with festival activities for all ages. The Grisly Lodge and Dark Mine haunts are full-scale productions offering attendees an interactive, realistic experience. Attendees will be lured back again and again to see what other frights lurk around the next corner.

Some say that on certain evenings, they still hear the crazy laughter and blood-curdling screams coming from the forsaken Grisly Lodge. Legend has it the old place is haunted by the lost souls that were murdered there on a dark and gruesome night.  On that fateful eve, the owner went mad and murdered all the guests, the entire staff, and his own family.  Soon after he was committed to the local Sanitarium, but escaped and hasn't since been seen. The unfortunate new Proprietor has only welcomed one newlywed couple to the lodge, but hasn't seen hide nor hair of them in weeks.  He's hired you, a team of Ghost Hunters, to purge the place of the specters and rid the hotel of its grim history forever.

The miners were warned by the old Prospector that if they dug too deep, they would unleash an unspeakable evil that had long been dormant in the old caves. Paying no heed and fueled by, their greed, their reckless digging persisted.  Deep inside the mountain they unearthed a cavern with a sinister glow The mining camp is long abandoned, but the horrific curse still finds victims. The madness has crept into the nearby valleys, and the townsfolk are terrified. Now it's up to you to go back into the old mine to seal it up and put an end to the malevolent horrors!

Ticket purchase entitles attendees access to two haunted houses and festival atmosphere. Tickets will be collected at the door upon arrival at the festival by Colorado Fear Fest staff.
