PLEASE BRING AN ITEM TO HELP A CHILD THROUGH A SOLDIER...
Items include stuffed toys, clothes, new shoes, school supplies, children's books, soccer balls, dolls and art supplies.
Proceeds to benefit the Bridges of Peace "Help a Child Through a Soldier" Drive Project which supports the troops and children whose lives have been adversely affected by war and poverty and to aid in the establishment of Beth Miriam, a House of Hospitality in Jersey City for women.
A Bridges of Peace "Help a Child Through a Soldier" Drive will be held at this event. Items will be collected at this event to be shipped to our US soldiers stationed in Iraq who will distribute them to the children.
