Wild Heaven Beer Dinner at Tavern '45 in Brunswick's

Join us for an hour of bowling and a five-course meal paired with Wild Heaven's delicious craft brews.

Reception begins at 6 p.m. with an hour of bowling at our private lanes. Enjoy "bacon and eggs"(pig candy and deviled eggs),mixed nuts with Aleppo pepper and a pint of Wild Heaven's "Let There be Light" American Ale.

Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. at Tavern '45. Explore the exclusive Tavern '45 and Wild Heaven pairing menu with Wild Heaven Brewmaster and Tavern '45 chef.

First course:
Edamame paired with Wild Heaven "Let There Be Light" American Ale

Second course:
Arugula Salad with goat cheese, Granny Smith apples, dried cranberries and honey-maple vinaigrette paired with Wild Heaven "Invocation" Belgian-style Golden Ale

Third course:
Vietnamese Pork Belly Tacos with corn tortillas, glazed pork belly, bánh mi vegetables and cilantro paired with Wild Heaven "Ode To Mercy" Imperial Brown Ale

Fourth course:
Bacon Waffle Sundae with maple-nut ice cream, toffee chunks and bourbon-vanilla sauce paired with Wild Heaven "Eschaton" Belgian-style Quadrupel Ale
