The centerpiece of the event this year will feature 10 of the area's very best restaurants/chefs participating in a "top chef - best amuse bouche" competition. Every chef will be required to provide every guest with an amuse bouche and they will vote on the winner via ballot. The beauty of the event is that every attendee not only gets to try every chef's bite of food but they also vote on their favorite via ballot and pick the winner. The top 2 or 3 chefs get trophies and over $1,500 in prizes furnished by our sponsors. Proceeds will benefit The ALS Association's patient care and assistance program as well as the caregiver respite program and research towards a cure.
