Apples and Roofies
The Rum & Coke Collective is proud to launch it's inaugural season with this powerful new work: Apples and Roofies. Apples and Roofies is a destructive drama that asks: how far a person will go to recover?
Rachel awakens in a jail cell after a vicious assault, finding herself a victim of her tormentors continued attacks. Taking solace in her only cell mate, a developmentally delayed fifteen year old, she searches for recovery in a world of trauma. Both lovingly hopeful and powerfully devastating, Apples and Roofies is a reminder of both the good and the bad that lives within the human heart.
