Description Modern Drummer Hall of Famer Steve Smith performs selections from Jazz Legacy, his latest CD tribute to Art Blakey, Philly Joe Jones, Elvin Jones, Tony Williams and other jazz drummer greats.  His first SSU appearance will also include original compositions and arrangements by Mr. Smith and individual band members Andy Fusco (alto sax), Walt Weiskopf (tenor and soprano saxes), Mark Soskin (piano) and Baron Browne (bass).   Have a question about this event?
