Weiss-Kaplan-Newman Trio in Concert at SRJC

The Weiss-Kaplan-Newman Trio is a blending of soloists, featuring three of the finest musicians on the concert stage -- pianist Yael Weiss, violinist Mark Kaplan and cellist Clancy Newman. The trio has been uniformly praised for imaginative programming and exciting performances. The program includes: Benjamin Lees: Piano Trio No. 2 "Silent Voices", Smetana: Piano Trio in g minor, Op.15, and Mendelssohn: Piano Trio in c minor, Op. 66.
Note: This concert is part of Santa Rosa Junior Colleges 2008-09 Chamber Concert Series. Tickets are $20/general and $12 for youth ages 16 and young. Youth tickets are for youth who are accompanied by an adult. This concert is not suitable for young children.
