RED BUTTER DHABA (Roadside Punjabi Cafe)
You guys asked for it, and I've finally listened!
Red Butter presents its first all you can eat traditional Punjabi (North Indian) brunch!
Come see what it's like to eat at a roadside cafe in Punjab, India or really what it's like at brunch time with my family in India!
This brunch menu, served family style, includes favorites such as:
Three different types of stuffed paranthas (Stuffed Indian Bread) including potatoes, chilies, paneer, and spinach served with traditional lentils, all cooked in a wood fired oven!
Alongside house made fresh pickles, raita (yogurt sauce), fresh made chutneys, and of course the traditional Mango-Cardamom Lassi (a very frothy milkshake).
This brunch is 100% vegetarian and 100% delicious!
Please note: There are no alcohol pairings with this meal available! However, PLEASE ALERT ME OF ANY ALLERGIES AT THE TIME OF PLACING YOUR TICKET ORDER!
