Barbara and Frank: Hailing from Las Vegas,NV "The Concert That Never Was" featuring Sharon Owens as "Barbara Streidsand" and Sebastian Anzaldo as "Frank Sinatra". These two perform regularly in the Las Vegas circuit, and have become world famous for their portrayal of these two legendary performers.
