Souls of Castelmuzio
Reverie is comprised of Tucson musicians, Lane Harmon, Roger King and Tom Dukes with guest musicians Ralph Gilmore, Gary Mackender, and Richie Cavanaugh. Their musical talents will join with Artifact Dance Project (ADP) for this one-night-only concert to celebrate their album release titled, Souls of Castelmuzio. This creative collaboration features new original material and choreography inspired by both outward and inward journeys. The title track, "Souls of Castelmuzio" reflects a journey to a hill town in Tuscany where the muse spoke through the ancient cobblestones and delicate golden light. ADP artistic directors, Claire Hancock and Ashley Bowman will join their company of professional dancers to set new dances reflecting Reverie's inspired music through choreographed solos, duets, trios and group numbers. Don Fox, ADP's resident lighting designer, will return again to design a stunning atmosphere for the concert in the famous Stevie Eller Dance Theatre, located on the University of Arizona campus.
