2013 Wellthatscool.com Suds of The South
Well it's that time of the year again--time for Tuscaloosa's own celebration of southern beers, Suds of the South. Those who have come to any of the first three events can attest that this is a great event with a focus on southern breweries. The goal is show people that good beer does not only come from the west coast, Colorado, or Michigan, but also from the south. We are lucky enough in the south to have some of the best breweries around. This year's event even boasts eight breweries from right here in Alabama and for the first time ever, one from Tuscaloosa.
Suds of the South IV will take place on Saturday, March 23rd from 4pm to 7pm. All attendees will receive a keepsake sample glass with this year's logo upon entry and receive beer samples from each brewery throughout the event. Tickets for this event always sell out, so be sure to get yours early. General admission tickets are $20 each. This year, for the first time, we will be selling VIP tickets for $50 each. VIP ticket holders will get in an hour early (3pm) and will get this year's Suds of the South T-shirt. Shirts will also be available for sale at the event.
Many of the breweries bring special extremely limited releases just for this event. The current list of beers available can be found at Current Brewery/Beer List for Suds of the South IV
