April 2018: Bridging the Gap - Where did our workforce go?
Launched in 2015, the LIME Foundation features three programs: Nextgen Trades Academy - a program that educates underserved youth ages 16-24 in construction; Turner Arts Initiative - a music and performing arts program dedicated to our youth suffering from poor home life, bullying, and teen pregnancy; Senior Activity Program - teaching seniors nutrition and exercise with the goal of reversing or preventing heart disease and diabetes.

Letitia's discussion tonight will cover:
     *    LIME Foundation's NextGen Trades Academy
     *    Their partnership with local programs (Rancho
Cotati High School, SAY, Youth Connections)
     *    How the Foundation is developing interest in a
career in construction with our youth
     *    A program video highlighting the NextGen Trades
           Academy Program
     *    How local contractors can help bridge the gap
