The Future Real Estate and Space Needs of the Tech Industry in the Bay Area
The Spring 2013 symposium, organized by the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at SJSU, will be a half-day event at San José State University. The title for the event is "The Future Real Estate and Space Needs of the Tech Industry in the Bay Area." The symposium will focus on identifying the real estate needs, opportunities, and challenges that both the technology industry and the real estate development industry will face in the coming 10 years. Sub-topics of the symposium will include examination and discussion of space, design, and locational characteristics.
