The ART of Eating for Energy is a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness. This February we will be offering an introductory seminar series on holistic nutrition basics. For four weeks we will be presenting information to our community once a week on topics such as:

-What are Macronutrients?
-How to Gain Energy and Lose Weight
