Monday February 2/11 - Linden St Brewery & Bar Tartine celebrate SF Beer Week
On Monday, February 11, 2013, Bar Tartine is happy to partner with Oakland's Linden St. Brewery to celebrate this year's SF Beer Week.
5 beers will be poured during the 3 course family-style meal of shared plates.
Czech-style Pilsner
Black Lager
with
Bread assortment with dips and spreads ( quark, liver pate, mushroom tapenade, beef tartare, pepper spread )
Fried cheese with tartar sauce
Garlic soup with croutons
Biere de Tartine
&
Black Saison
with
Goulash with bread dumplings
Kohlrabi and beet salad
Beef tongue stewed with cabbage
Desserts will be paired with a new Tartine/Linden sour beer inspired by Flemish Red Ales.
$80/seat inclusive of food, beer and gratuity.
There will be on seating at 7:00pm.
In the convivial spirit of the Linden Street-Tartine collaboration there will be general admission seating and each guest will be seated as part of a table of 6 or more.
