SongCroft Pressure Canning
Have you always wanted to learn to pressure can but have been afraid of exploding canners? Are you worried whether you can produce a safe product? Marilene began canning as a child, and let's just say that that was a long time ago! We will be canning meat as well as a vegetable so you can see how it's done.
Marilene has been teaching sustainable living skills for over a decade with such organizations as Mother Earth News and Washington State University Extensions, to name a few. She is the founder of SongCroft School and grows a large quanitity of her family's food on their family farm.
