DLM LIVE Nick Jaina w/ Willy Tea Taylor and Mike Clark
DLM Live presents the second house show in it's new series featuring touring and local artists playing in living rooms around Merced. This time we've got a dynamite lineup for you.
BIOGRAPHY: Nick Jaina is an alt-folk bandleader from Portland, OR, and his is the story of one man's willingness to be obsessed at his own risk. He is a fine writer of prose and if it weren't for his infatuation with music and performing he'd probably be sitting up in his room churning out novels instead of songs. He is currently touring with a cello and violin player creating incredibly intimate music that is perfectly suited for DLM Live house shows.
WILLY TEA TAYLUR
BIOGRAPHY: This guy's a beast. A passionate and dedicated folk singer/songwriter form Oakdale, he is a favorite of local concertgoers for his incredible solo show and his amazing band the Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit.
BIOGRAPHY: Mike put out his debut album, "Darker Machines", in 2004 on Copperspine Records. With the help of Futcher (Be Good Tanyas), Brendan Ostrander (Daniel Powter), Chris Carlson (Tegan and Sara) as well a few other friends, he crafted a collection of indie rock, acoustic murmerings and songs with a heartfelt backbeat. It was well received for both the depth of the songwriting and its intimate, beautiful delivery.
