Just Desserts
For over 10 years, Just Communities has served the Central Coast providing programs that address multiple social inequities. We facilitate dialogue, empowering future leaders, and creating social change with families, teachers, students, and organizations. After all our hard work we feel that it's time to truly celebrate the sweetness that a thriving and diverse community can bring.
Just Desserts is a party that does just that. Local pastry chefs will provide unique and specialty made desserts, there will be Central Coast wine to taste, and live music, silent auction. We will also honor 2 outstanding graduates of our programs with the Amy Van Meter Courageous Conversations Award for the impact that they have had on our community.
The location of the rooftop patio at Antioch University will give our guests a birds-eye view of our beautiful city.
We have spent over ten years transforming our schools, organizations, and neighborhoods into places where people feel connected, respected and valued, and on September 8, 2013, we want to do the same for our guests.
Just Desserts will be held on September 8, 2013 from 2:00pm-5:00pm.
